Yes, she was unduly harsh in her crcisiitm, but I say we lay off. She was in a plane crash and in a panic right afterward, and a panicked mind is not a rational mind. That had to affect her memory of how things went down. Sounds to me like the chaos was mostly the result of passengers choosing to leave the crash site and accepting rides from passing motorists. How could anyone keep track of that? That had to be hell on their families. Lesson: If you survive a plane crash, stay at the crash site.
